blueMelt GmbH develops and manufactures melting, conveying and application technology for industrial adhesive bonding and coating processes. The portfolio includes drum melters (blueDrum 20 and 200), bag melters (blueBag 2.5), tank units for reactive PUR adhesives with inert gas feeding (blueTank PUR), extruders (blueExtrusion BEX5), application heads for bead, spray and full-surface application (blueHead series), roller coating systems (blueRoller), transport and handling systems (blueShuttle) and complete coating systems (bluePlant). The systems are modular in design, rated for temperatures from 50 to 220 °C and geared toward stable, reproducible processes in existing production lines. Services range from feasibility studies and pilot plant trials to concept development, engineering and design through to manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, remote maintenance and worldwide service.
