About Blütenschmaus
Blütenschmaus is a small rose manufactory in Zurich that has specialized in processing fresh rose blossoms for more than 20 years. Petals of fragrant roses harvested in the early morning hours are processed directly into delicacies such as rose syrup, rose confit, rose jelly, rose mark, rose balsamic vinegar, rose pesto, rose salt, rose sugar and seasonal rose pralines. All products are made by hand and produced without additives as well as artificial colors and flavorings; the range is 100% vegan. In addition, the company offers recipe development and rose cuisine, gift sets, the rose cookbook Tabula Rosa and postcards. The manufactory was founded by Lilo Meier; since 2024, Martina and Daniel have continued production and sales. The products are distributed in Switzerland.
