About Bluetest Testservice

Bluetest Testservice GmbH is a German test services provider for semiconductor devices headquartered in Leonberg near Stuttgart. The company was founded in 2011 by Hans-Peter Neuber, Andreas Tendler and Fritz Schlicher, who had previously worked together for 25 years in a test house. Since 2022, Bluetest has been part of the PQH Group in Switzerland; the managing director is Markus Nopper. The core competence is the electrical testing of semiconductor devices at wafer and package level (wafer test, final test) across the entire product life cycle – from development through industrialization and series production to obsolete components. The service portfolio includes electrical measurements and measurement series, prototype testing and design validation, electrical characterization, ramp-up tests, screening, qualification measurements and electrical failure analysis, complemented by Test Support Engineering (test software, test hardware, test concept and test specification) and Product Support Engineering including supply chain management. Customers are fabless design houses, semiconductor manufacturers and semiconductor users in the automotive, industrial and aerospace industries. The laboratory in Leonberg features a mixed-signal test system (LTX-Credence D10 with 192 digital channels), wafer probers, a thermostream, handlers, an ISO 6 cleanroom environment under a laminar flow box, climate-controlled rooms (20–25 °C, 40–60 % humidity) and ESD flooring.
