About blumatech
Blumatech AG is a Swiss contract manufacturer of precision parts based in Madiswil in the canton of Bern. The company machines components on CNC-controlled turning, milling and grinding machines and offers complementary processes such as Trovalizing, hot and cold blackening as well as MIG and TIG welding. Production is carried out in steel, aluminium and plastics for customers from mechanical engineering, automation and handling. In turning, components up to Ø 500 mm and between-centres lengths up to 1500 mm are produced, complemented by 5-axis milling and universal cylindrical grinding. A quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 accompanies the entire contract manufacturing process. The company also trains polymechanics (EFZ) and sees itself as a high-performance partner for on-time delivery «from a single source».
