Klöber, the brand of BMI Deutschland GmbH, is a supplier of roof ventilation and air vent products in Germany. Founded in 1960 in Schwelm, North Rhine-Westphalia, the company manufactures products for pitched and flat roofs at three production sites in Germany, including roof access hatches (Venduct), ventilation and air vents, roof drains (Flavent/Flavent Pro), ridge and hip elements, ridge end caps, underlay membranes (Permo), wall and chimney connection bands (Easy Form) as well as solutions for roof safety and roof exposure. Materials processed include acrylic-lacquered aluminium, rigid PVC, butyl coatings, polyester composite material, EPDM and bitumen. Products are distributed via the specialised trade; planners and roofers are supported by configurators for pitched and flat roofs as well as the Filecamp product data platform. The expertise in pitched and flat roof solutions is also carried into many other European countries. The product range is complemented by the WrapTec brand for cladding of technical insulation.
