BMT MESSTECHNIK GmbH was founded in Berlin in 1975 and develops and manufactures ozone measuring instruments and generators. The product range includes UV photometers for ozone measurement in oxygen, air and ultrapure water (measuring ranges from 1 ppm to 600 g/Nm3), ozone monitors for ambient air, oncometers for measuring the colloid osmotic pressure of blood and plasma, as well as small, air-cooled and oxygen-fed ozone generators that reach concentrations above 250 g/Nm3. The portfolio is complemented by accessories such as sample gas dryers with Peltier cooling, filters, pumps, flow meters and ozone catalysts. Fields of application include, among others, the semiconductor industry, medical ozone therapy, industrial ozone applications and scientific research. Nearly twenty thousand ozone photometers have been produced by the company to date. In addition to development and production, the company offers support, repair service, software, spare parts and the disposal of legacy products at its site in Stahnsdorf near Berlin.

UV photometers for ozone measurement
Measurement of ozone concentration in oxygen, air and ultrapure water in ranges from 1 ppm to 600 g/Nm3.
LED-based ozone photometer
In 1993, the BMT 590 was the first commercially available ozone photometer using visible LED light, developed for medical ozone therapy.
Air-cooled ozone generators
Small, oxygen-fed generators (BMT 802/803) for applications requiring a few grams of ozone per hour, with concentrations above 250 g/Nm3.
Sample gas dryers
Peltier-cooled sample gas dryers (from 1994, DH3) remove water vapour from the sample gas without affecting the ozone.
Oncometers
Membrane osmometers for measuring the colloid osmotic pressure of blood and plasma, used in intensive care medicine and open heart surgery.
