About Bocar
Bocar, founded in Mexico in 1958, is an internationally active development partner and full-service supplier of aluminum and plastic components with German DNA. The company manufactures across three business units: aluminum die casting for lightweight, high-strength components with complex geometries in high-volume production, aluminum gravity casting (semi-permanent mold) for durable components, and plastic injection molding for interior, exterior and under-hood applications. Along the value chain, aluminum melting, machining, painting and assembly are added. Bocar supplies leading automotive manufacturers worldwide with components for engine, transmission, chassis, steering, powertrain and e-mobility, including stator housings and battery brackets. Production sites are located in Mexico (Chihuahua, Saltillo, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Lerma) and the USA (Huntsville); sales and engineering offices exist in Germany, the USA, Japan and China. The headquarters are in Mexico City (Tlalpan).
