Bock Machining GmbH is a German manufacturer of custom special seals, plain bearings, multifunction elements and assemblies headquartered in Alzenau, Bavaria. The medium-sized, owner-managed company produces components to drawing for industrial OEM customers and sees itself as a turning shop for precision parts, primarily made from plastics such as PTFE, PTFE compounds, UHMW-PE, PVDF and PEEK. Manufacturing is carried out CNC-milled and CNC-turned using state-of-the-art CNC technology; in addition, diaphragms are punched, copper rings are soft-annealed and silver-plated, and assemblies are assembled. A special focus is on PFAS-free material solutions such as Organor® and on converting existing sealing applications. Industries served include, among others, beverage filling and food, coating and adhesive technology, pumps and compressors, valves and fittings, medical engineering and pharmaceuticals, laboratory technology as well as bulk material handling. Manufacturing is complemented by engineering services such as design, test rigs and damage analyses.
