About Bodymed-Center Usingen

The Bodymed-Center Usingen offers medically supported nutritional counseling according to the Bodymed concept. The range of services includes a twelve-week nutrition course, individual nutritional counseling, therapeutic fasting, and liver fasting according to Dr. Worm, as well as cooking classes based on the LOGI principle. Additionally, performance diagnostics using lactate measurement, Nordic walking courses, nutrition lectures, rehabilitation sports, and long-term support in individual or group form are offered. The team includes Center Owner David Bernert (Dipl. Sports & Fitness Economist), the consulting physicians Dr. med. Monika Bernert, Dr. med. Klaus-Dieter Bernert and Nora Sydow, and Center Manager Ina Uka. The Center cooperates with the practice of Dr. med. Bernert in Usingen. Appointments are by arrangement.
