Expertise and Support
Böbs-Werft GmbH is a family shipyard founded in 1912 in Travemünde, now in its third generation. The company with 35 employees offers the complete range of services of a classic yacht shipyard: repair, maintenance and service for yachts and boats, yacht technology, new boat construction, conversion and refitting as well as professional painting in a modern paint hall. In addition, the shipyard operates a marina with 130 summer berths directly at the mouth of the Trave as well as a winter storage facility of around 10,000 m². Its customers include not only recreational boating but also commercial shipping, industry and official government vessels. Crane and transport capacities are available on the roughly 20,000 m² shipyard site. As a recognized training company, the shipyard trains boat builders and is a member of the regional guild of the boat and shipbuilding trade of Schleswig-Holstein as well as the German Boat and Shipbuilders' Association.
