Boecker Stahl-Service GmbH is a steel service center at the traditional steel location of Schwerte-Westhofen, specializing in cold-rolled and surface-finished flat products such as coils, sheets and slit strip. On the FIMI cut-to-length line, coils with thicknesses of 0.18 mm to 8.0 mm and an input weight of up to 32 tonnes are slit; the directly connected packaging line handles strapping and customer-specific packaging. The product range includes cold-rolled grades DC01–DC06, hot-dip galvanized, electrolytically galvanized, Alu-Zinc, Galvannealed and Galfan grades, coil-coated goods according to RAL as well as hot-rolled grades DD11–DD14 with widths from 10 to 1800 mm and lengths up to 6000 mm. The warehouse holds around 25,000 tonnes of raw material. As an IHK-recognized training company with 35 employees, the company delivers according to DIN-EN regulations with TÜV-certified quality. Since 2018, the company has been part of the Niedax Group (Linz am Rhein) and, together with Bandstahl-Service-Hagen GmbH, forms the group's second steel service center.
