Böhme-Kunststofftechnik specializes in products made of fluoropolymers, in particular PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene, known as Teflon® of the Chemours Company). The company manufactures PTFE films such as pure PTFE film, PTFE welding films, PTFE-coated fiberglass films and permanent baking liners as well as PTFE Zone Tapes and coated conveyor belts. In addition, semi-finished products and machined drawing parts made of PTFE, PCTFE, compounds or high-temperature plastics are manufactured according to customer specification, and individual conversions are implemented according to customer requirements. Customer components are refined with PTFE coatings – as surface protection, non-stick coating or corrosion protection against aggressive media. Thanks to the chemical resistance and mechanical strength of the fluoropolymers used at temperatures between -190 °C and +250 °C, the products are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
