About BLO Lackiersysteme
Böhnstedt Lackier- & Oberflächensysteme GmbH (BLO) plans, develops and builds custom coating systems according to customer requirements. In its own manufactory in Altlandsberg, systems including proprietary components such as heated paint and air hoses, material heaters and double-jacketed heating/cooling tanks are planned, assembled and tested. The systems process water- and solvent-based paints, 2K materials, PVC paints, powder as well as highly viscous sealants and adhesives. Process focal points are Airspray, Airless (up to 530 bar), AirCoat/Airmix, electrostatics and powder supply, complemented by dosing, mixing, tempering and material pressure control. The aim of the systems is to reduce material, solvent and energy costs and to minimize VOC emissions and overspray. In addition to plant construction, BLO offers repair, maintenance, safety inspections (TÜS according to BGV D15), training via the BLO Akademie, equipment rental (EASY RENT) and sales as a certified dealer. Customers come from industry and trade, including furniture/wood processing, metal processing, steel construction and automotive refinishing.

System safety is ensured through TÜS inspections according to BGV D15 ( employers' liability insurance association) on coating systems. Every system is planned, assembled and tested in the BLO manufactory before delivery.
