About Böllinger Group
The BÖLLINGER GROUP is a specialist in the manufacture of demanding functional components – from prototypes through all development stages to series production and spare-part manufacturing. Headquartered in Bad Friedrichshall, the group unites three operating companies: HPP high performance production GmbH (high-performance machining of lightweight metals), KONCAST GmbH in Weilbach (aluminium sand casting, on request through to the ready-to-install component) and INPECA GmbH in Übach-Palenberg (additive manufacturing with metal 3D printing using the LPBF process as well as CNC machining). As early as the initial engineering phase, relevant process steps are simulated and component production is aligned accordingly. Customers come from the automotive and commercial vehicle industries, aerospace, the defence sector and plant engineering. Around 185 employees work at the three German sites; the group also includes shareholdings and cooperations, among others with Sono Motors.

Quality
Inspection planning already begins in the development phase and follows internationally recognised standards. State-of-the-art measuring and testing technology – partly developed and produced in-house – is used at all sites; technology departments validate the process steps destructively or non-destructively.
