About Böning Automationstechnologie
Böning Automationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Ganderkesee, develops and produces electronic devices and systems for ship automation, including monitoring, control and alarm systems, fault indication and display systems, diesel engine monitoring systems, bridge panels as well as panel PCs and displays. Over 20,000 ships worldwide are equipped with Böning technology, most of which comes from in-house development and production. The company manufactures its electronics entirely in its own in-house production with SMD placement, a multi-tower system and selective soldering, and also offers OEM solutions from prototype to series production based on a modular building block system. Target industries are commercial shipping, the maritime industry and, since 1996, super and mega yachts. With more than 100 employees, including 20 specialised engineers, and branches in Italy, Spain, Croatia, Brazil and the USA, the company serves its customers worldwide, complemented by a network of more than 50 trained service partners.
