About Börlind
Börlind GmbH is a cosmetics manufacturer founded in 1959 and family-run in the third generation, headquartered in Calw in the Black Forest. Under the ANNEMARIE BÖRLIND brand, the company develops and produces natural cosmetics, decorative cosmetics and derma cosmetics for face, body and hair. The formulations are based on plant oils, waxes, ceramides and deep spring water drawn from a depth of over 166 meters from the company's own well at the site; microplastics, silicones and mineral oil derivatives are avoided. The products are certified to ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 22716 (good manufacturing practice in cosmetics), many additionally bearing the COSMOS Natural seal. The company has been certified climate-neutral since 2015 (ClimatePartner), is CSE-certified and part of the PETA program "Beauty Without Bunnies". Distribution is via health food stores, perfumeries, natural food retailers, pharmacies, distribution partners and the company's own online shop.
