About BOGE
Founded in 1907, BOGE is a family-owned company headquartered in Bielefeld and has been developing compressors and complete compressed air systems since 1926. The portfolio includes screw, piston, turbo and scroll compressors (oil-free or oil-injected), PSA gas generators for nitrogen and oxygen, hydrogen catalysts, compressed air treatment, controls and system management, as well as customised system engineering solutions including OEM components and medical compressed air systems. Production takes place at the Bielefeld headquarters with around 25,000 m² of production space; BOGE Komponenten GmbH & Co. KG in Großenhain manufactures compressor stages on highly automated machining centres. In addition to engineering and production, BOGE offers installation, maintenance, training, 24/7 emergency service and remote monitoring. Customer industries include, among others, energy and environmental technology, healthcare, agriculture and forestry, food and beverage, logistics as well as the metal and electrical industries; the company is present in over 120 countries.

Ernst Thomas takes over company management and introduces industrial series production of piston compressors.
