Bohlsener Mühle has been producing organic foods since 1979. The product range includes cookies and biscuits (including Cookie Taler, Haferling, muesli cookies, mini cookies, Keks Freunde, children's cookies and spelt classics), muesli and crunchy, savory snacks such as Snäckebrot as well as quick dishes such as Air Fryer Falafel and couscous salads. All products are 100 % certified according to the EU Organic Logo (control body number DE-ÖKO-001). The company grinds, mixes and bakes its products itself and operates its own laboratory for quality inspections; regular tests in external and in-house laboratories ensure compliance with German and EU-wide legal requirements.
