BOHNER® Produktions GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Bad Waldsee in southern Germany that has been engaged in the development, manufacturing and distribution of high-quality commercial kitchen equipment for more than 45 years. The product range includes thermal appliances for the gastronomy kitchen sector – from individual units as countertop, freestanding or built-in versions, through complete cooking ranges, to front-cooking stations with integrated edge or bridge extraction (SMOG STOPP). In addition, the company offers special griddle plates and Teppanyaki grills, burger and schnitzel grills (manual and digital), induction ranges and induction WOKs, deep fryers as well as multi-braisers. Complementing this, BOHNER realizes custom solutions and cooking ranges tailored to customer requirements. The company philosophy aims to offer customers the greatest possible benefit with powerful, energy-saving technology and individual concepts. Distribution is carried out, among other channels, via trade fairs such as INTERNORGA, INTERGASTRA and Alles für den Gast.
