About BOKLI – Welding Technology from Alfeld
BOKLI Bock & Klingeberg GmbH develops and manufactures energy-efficient welding technology at its Alfeld (Leine) site: KE welding machines (capacitor discharge resistance welding) with up to 90 % energy savings and welding times of 1.8 to 10 ms, as well as laser welding machines with adaptive temperature control for weld seams from 0.1 mm. In addition, the company builds special-purpose machines and turnkey automation solutions, from concept development through in-house manufacturing to commissioning, including training and support. The systems process stainless steel, steel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, nickel, coated metals and special alloys. Typical applications are found in automotive and battery production, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, medical technology, aerospace as well as energy and environmental technology. With more than 3,000 installed systems in over 30 countries, BOKLI is active in the field of resistance (KE) and laser welding; process monitoring, real-time monitoring and remote maintenance (Industry 4.0) as well as worldwide service and spare parts supply round out the offering. Production takes place entirely in-house at the Lower Saxony site.
