About Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions
Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions is a Dutch family-owned company founded in 1961 with headquarters in Appingedam and part of the Bollegraaf Group, which also includes Lubo Recycling Solutions (Emmen). The company develops, manufactures and installs turnkey sorting and recycling plants with capacities of over 70 to 100+ tons per hour, including 17 Mega-MRFs; more than 4,000 systems are installed worldwide. The product range includes balers, screening machines, ballistic sorters, density separators, conveying and feeding technology as well as process automation with robotics and artificial intelligence. Complementary equipment such as the Filmgrabber (film separation), the B.O.S.S. 2.0 safety system, the RED early fire detection system and BeeFoam dust suppression round out the portfolio. Material streams handled include paper and cardboard, plastics (PET, HDPE, PP, films), municipal solid waste, commercial and industrial waste as well as construction and demolition waste. Sheet metal parts are manufactured by the in-house supplier Advanced Metal Solutions; service, spare parts, training and remote maintenance via BIOS accompany the entire plant life cycle. Customers include PreZero, FCC Environmental Services and Cardiff County Council.
