The product range includes rotor shears as two-shaft shredders in more than 30 sizes with drive powers from 2.2 to 220 kW, the fast-running single-shaft granulators of the UNICREX series, vertical shredders of the Rotacrex series as well as 4-shaft size reduction machines. The service portfolio covers the entire production process: from project planning and design through in-house manufacturing to commissioning and on-site maintenance. In addition, bomatic offers special machine construction and plant engineering, including custom blade shapes, infeed and discharge conveying systems, and hydraulically opening hoppers. The machines are used worldwide in waste management, the recycling industry, biogas plants, refuse-derived fuel production, data destruction and special waste shredding. Worn shredder blades have been reworked mechanically with a high-speed milling machine since 2009, which extends service life by up to 30%. In-house size reduction trials can be carried out in the company’s own technical center using customers’ materials.
