BOOMEX Produktions- und Handelsgesellschaft mbH, headquartered in Essen, produces and distributes charcoal lighters, barbecue lighters and fireplace lighters as well as chemical-technical articles. Manufacturing takes place at two company-owned German production sites in Essen and Alsfeld on modern production and packaging lines. In addition to the FLASH brand, BOOMEX also produces ignition products for around 200 retail brands (private label), including ignition wool, firelighter cubes and liquid barbecue lighter. Around its core business of ignition products, BOOMEX offers a broad supplementary range “all about fire”
