About Bootshaus Brauerei
Bootshaus Brauerei is a sole proprietorship owned by proprietor Christopher Franz in Marl (Dümmer) at Lake Dümmer. Brewing is done by hand in a converted boathouse on the owner's own property, which originally served as shelter for sailboats. The product range includes self-developed craft beers, which are sold through the company's own online shop. In addition to direct sales, the brewery offers contract brewing: customers can have their own beer developed and produced here, for example as a individual wedding or event beer. As a complementary service, contract filling is offered, whereby third-party beers are bottled. The technical equipment includes several stainless steel fermenters as well as a temperature-controlled unitank from Ss Brewtech. The company is regionally oriented and targets private customers as well as event organizers.
