About Borel Swiss
Borel Swiss, a division of the SOLO Swiss Group, has been developing and manufacturing electric furnaces, combustion furnaces, drying cabinets, and heat treatment systems for temperatures ranging from 100 °C to 1800 °C since 1918. The company belongs to the oldest furnace manufacturers in Europe and has delivered over 25,000 furnaces worldwide since 1918. The program includes over 300 standard models as well as custom and customer-specific adaptations such as controller changes, protective gas supply, automatic doors, or SCADA/ERP connections. Dedicated specialized workshops for refractory steel, heating elements, and insulation enable design, manufacturing, repair, and spare parts supply from a single source. The range is complemented by accessories: crucibles, ingot molds, pans, loading baskets, hardening tanks, heating tables, air coolers, gas safety kits, as well as temperature controllers and recorders. Customers come from the industries of metal, heat treatment, melting, ceramics, glass, porcelain, and pottery. The headquarters with production and showroom (over 100 models) is located in Porrentruy in the Swiss Jura; exports are shipped worldwide directly from Switzerland.
