Planning and Construction Competence in the Fourth Generation
Borgers is a family-run general contractor for industrial and commercial construction headquartered in Stadtlohn (Westmünsterland). Now managed by the fourth generation, the company plans and realizes commercial buildings – from car dealerships and automotive workshops to production and warehouse halls with crane runways, as well as office and administration buildings, healthcare properties and bicycle businesses. The service portfolio includes non-binding project development, architectural and design planning, building permit applications and approval planning, detailed execution planning, turnkey construction with in-house trade construction teams, as well as handover and facility management – at a fixed price and with a construction time guarantee. In-house competencies include, among others, earthworks and civil engineering, soil consulting and structural analysis, building services, energy-efficient and sustainable construction (KfW55, BEG 40 EE), e-mobility, revitalization and reconstruction after fire damage. Around 170 employees from 14 specialist disciplines hand over roughly 50 projects turnkey nationwide every year; more than 1,500 realized automotive projects are documented in the automotive industry. State-of-the-art construction machinery such as excavators equipped with 3D technology and GPS is used on construction sites.
