About Bormann
Since 1887, Bormann GmbH has manufactured custom-made furniture, kitchens and interior fittings in Schweringen (northern Germany) for private and commercial customers. The range of services includes planning and design, production in the company's own workshop with an attached sawmill, as well as installation on site at the customer. Oak wood, bog oak and timber from local forestry are processed; in addition to new commissions, the company also carries out restoration and heritage conservation work. Reference projects include custom-made counters, shelving, wall panelling and built-in furniture for the Johann Jacobs Haus in Bremen as well as objects for commercial customers, hotels and gastronomy. Every project is implemented as a one-off custom piece from the first idea to installation.
