Bornemann Gewindetechnik is an owner-managed family business in Delligsen specializing in the manufacture of custom threaded parts. The product portfolio includes thread spindles, trapezoidal threads, ACME threads and lead screws, special and specialty threads, buttress, saw-tooth, steep, round, pointed and module threads, thread nuts as well as conveyor screws. In addition to standard threads, the focus is on tailor-made solutions to individual specifications; large and complex threads to drawing are also produced. All production steps take place under one roof at the Delligsen site, combining innovative, self-designed CNC machines with conventional technologies. The company manufactures the special tools required for specialty threads in-house. The offering is complemented by ready-to-install sliding screw drives, surface finishing, crack testing of thread spindles, material testing, bellows and lubricants. With a free online sizing tool and a 3D CAD configurator, customers are supported with thread design even before production begins.
