The Bosch Home Comfort Group (legally Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH) is a global provider of heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology headquartered in Wetzlar and part of Robert Bosch GmbH. The portfolio includes heat pumps and hybrid heat pump solutions, water heaters, air conditioners, ventilation systems, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, as well as energy management and smart home solutions. In addition to series products, the company manufactures heat pump components, among other things at the Eschenburg site, and with Bosch Industriekessel GmbH operates the production of steam and heating boilers for commercial and industrial applications. The products are sold under the global brands Bosch, Buderus, Hitachi and YORK as well as regional brands in over 100 countries. In fiscal year 2024/2025, the group generated revenue of around €4.4 billion; following the completion of the acquisition of Johnson Controls' HVAC business as of August 1, 2025, it employs more than 24,000 people worldwide at more than 50 development and production sites.
