About Botanic Matters

Botanic Matters is a one-person company from Austria, run by Eva, a trained chemical engineer with 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including galenic research and development as well as aseptic production. Since 2015, Botanic Matters has offered consulting on emulsion formulations for non-water-soluble active ingredients as well as on nanolipids. Another focus is the planning and consulting of indoor plant cultivation systems covering the factors of lighting, substrate, temperature and pest monitoring. Originally, hemp cuttings were produced and distributed, and a retail location in Graz was operated. From 2022 to 2023, Botanic Matters - The Hemp Store GmbH in Lieboch was managed in cooperation with the Hanfklinik.

1. 2015

   Start of self-employment after 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry; production and distribution of hemp cuttings with former colleagues

2. 2015–2020

   Foundation of several GmbHs and opening of a retail location in Graz; failed pharmaceutical company foundation (CBD flower production in a cleanroom) due to the investment sum failing to materialize
