About botzen Metalltechnik
botzen Metalltechnik is a sole proprietorship founded in 2019 by Michael Botzen, based in Attendorn (North Rhine-Westphalia). The company specializes in metal and plastics processing and offers waterjet cutting, laser cutting, bending and forming from a single source. Using the OMAX 60120 Jet Machining Center waterjet cutting system, materials up to a size of 3,000 x 1,500 x 200 mm are cut, including aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper, plastics and composite materials. The process cuts gently and without heat input, so no discolouration, cracks or embrittlement occur on the cut edges. Individual parts, prototypes and small series are manufactured, optionally complemented by powder coating and painting, and — in cooperation with partners — machining or thread cutting as a complete solution. Customers come from the metal and plastics industries as well as from automotive suppliers; owner Michael Botzen brings more than 20 years of professional experience in stamping/forming technology and toolmaking.
