About BP-Recyclingsystems
BP-Recyclingsystems GmbH, based in Reinach BL (Switzerland), develops, manufactures and distributes plant technology for recycling and processing. The product range includes single- and two-shaft shredding (PreciCut, PowerCut, MultiCut), briquetting presses (Elan B60, Hydrospeed), flat-die pelletizing presses (Hydropellet, Multiroll), drying technology such as screw-tower and fluidized-bed dryers, silo and metered feeding systems (Hydrosilo, round silo, Superfeed, bale feeder) as well as bagging systems. The technologies are based on over 30 years of experience of the predecessor company Holzmag and are partially patented; licenses have been granted, among others, to Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Hosokawa Alpine and Metso OY. The processes are used for materials such as plastic and film fractions, fibers, mixed household waste, construction rubble, wood processing and substitute fuels. Trials and a recycling plant are available at the Blieskastel-Böckweiler site (Germany); sales and licensing are handled via Hofstetten SO, administration and marketing via Reinach BL.
