About BRACE
BRACE GmbH, headquartered in Karlstein am Main, is an internationally active specialist in the production of microspheres and microcapsules. Using patented micro-drip-casting processes (Drip Casting/Prilling), solutions, emulsions, dispersions and melts can be processed into perfectly round microgranulates, which—compared with spray drying—are characterized by a very narrow particle size distribution, typically below 10%, in some cases below 5%. The portfolio of services includes contract manufacturing, microencapsulation and microgranulation as well as drying and sorting of the granulates. In addition, the company offers machinery and plant engineering for the production, drying and sorting of microspheres, the development of customized solutions, and rental laboratory units from a rental period of four months with a hire-purchase option. Customers come from the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, construction chemicals and high technology.
