About BRANOpac
BRANOpac GmbH, headquartered in Lich (Hesse), is an independent family-owned company and manufacturer of speciality solutions for packaging materials and process aids based on paper and plastics. Its business areas include VCI corrosion protection papers, VCI films and masterbatches (BRANOguard), technical speciality papers and board such as siliconised, cold-sealable and heat-sealable papers as well as corrugated board (BRANOtech), and food-grade papers and board (BRANOfood). Production has taken place in Germany since 1961 on specially developed coating machines; in addition, printing, cutting and finishing of almost all formats as well as compounding on in-house systems and contract processing for customers from other industries are available. An in-house analysis laboratory (BRANOscience) offers corrosion protection testing, transport simulations and analytics. Customers come, among others, from the automotive, mechanical engineering, electronics, food and packaging industries; subsidiaries and offices exist in Italy, France, India and China.

Quality & Certification
The production processes are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; for food-grade papers a BRCGS Packaging certification (AA+) is held. In-house testing capacities are available in the analysis laboratory with gas chromatograph–mass spectrometer, IR and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry as well as programmable climate chambers.
