Brasch Design Composites GmbH is a manufactory in Einsiedeln (Switzerland) with core expertise in the processing of carbon, Kevlar and glass fibres. The company accompanies projects from initial consultation through tailored design and engineering to the manufacture of high-quality lightweight composite components. Services include the new manufacture and repair of composite components, the production of CFRP negative moulds, out-of-autoclave process development, HSC-milled aluminium parts and special custom fabrications for interior fittings. In its own manufactory, all products are manufactured from A to Z, combining modern technology with traditional craftsmanship. Customers come from among others the aerospace, winter sports, bicycle, automotive and engineering sectors, including Kaelin Aero Technologies, Swiss Sliding and 5zero AG (GAMUX). The seven-person team works closely interlinked in development, engineering and production.
