About Brasport Group
Brasport Group was founded in 1946 in the Arc Jurassien, the heart of the Swiss watchmaking industry, and specialises in the manufacture of watch straps in leather and technical rubbers. Today the family-owned company is run by the third generation, Alain Dubois and his wife. Its expertise spans three areas: straps from one-off pieces to series production, bespoke luxury leather goods (maroquinerie), and micromechanical precision components such as inserts, quick-change systems and tools. The research and development department holds three active patents, including for quick-change systems and strap manufacturing processes. The Group operates sites in Switzerland, Portugal and Thailand; the headquarters in La Chaux-de-Fonds is responsible for R&D, prototyping, Swiss-made production and quality control, while the largest production capacities are located in Portugal.
