About Brauerei Eisbock
Brauerei Eisbock is a microbrewery from the Canton of Zug in Switzerland. Under the NOXX brand, it brews beer with selected malts, hop varieties and yeast; the recipes are developed by certified beer sommeliers and continuously refined. According to its own statements, the beers are deliberately created far away from mass production and standardisation. The range includes, among others, Golden Ale, IPA, Amber, Weizen Doppelbock and Porter. In addition to its brewing operations, the company sells brewing systems and brewing accessories of the Brewtools brand via an online shop, including the B150pro brewing system, unitanks, counterflow chillers, steam condensers, inline oxygenation kits and accessories made of SS304 stainless steel. The beers have been awarded internationally, among others at the World Beer Awards 2020, the Swiss Beer Award 2022, Meininger's International Craft Beer Award and the European Beer Challenge.
