About us

Brauerei Hauf is a family brewery founded in 1901 by Friedrich Hauf, based in Dinkelsbühl in Central Franconia. The company brews beer specialities all year round, such as Helles, Pils, Export, wheat beer, Dunkles and seasonal specialities such as Christmas beer, Doppelbock and festival beer. In addition, the brewery distils beer brandies from its own beers as well as beer liqueurs. The company is led by the fourth generation of the Hauf family; the beer 'Friedrich Hauf - 1901 -' is named after the founder. The brewery deliberately focuses on the regional business in Dinkelsbühl and the surrounding area and works with publicans and the beverage trade on a long-term basis. According to the company, the brewery is equipped with modern technical standards. The offering also includes brewery tours, its own beverage market 'Top 1 Getränke-Drive' and events at the brewery courtyard OPEN AIR.
