About the Leibinger Brewery
Brauerei Max Leibinger GmbH is a family-run Upper Swabian brewery located on the Bierbuckel in Ravensburg, where beer has been brewed since 1894. According to the brewery, the range comprises around 16 beer specialties, including pale, dark, naturally cloudy and non-alcoholic beers as well as beer-based mixed drinks such as the Seeradler brand, and is produced according to traditional brewing craftsmanship with carefully developed recipes and long maturation and storage periods. The raw materials, including hops from Tettnang, come from the Lake Constance–Upper Swabia region. In addition to beer production, the company offers brewery tours, beer seminars and beer crash courses, operates a brewery restaurant called the Bräustüble, and sells beers and fan merchandise via an online shop with delivery in Baden-Württemberg. Since the closure of the Bürgerliches Brauhaus in 2001, Leibinger has been the only brewery in Ravensburg.
