About Brauerei Molter
Brauerei Molter GmbH & Co. KG is an organic brewery in Irchenrieth in the Upper Palatinate. The company brews its beers in a historically traditional way: real fire crackles beneath the brew kettle, and the freshly brewed beer is still cooled using a sprinkler cooler. According to its own account, the brewery thus preserves a brewing standard that largely corresponds to that of 100 years ago. The brewery building is regarded as a historical industrial monument, and the brewing tradition at the site dates back to the 16th century. The company is certified as a Bioland partner and distributes its organic beers regionally, among other things as fresh keg beer in sizes from 10 to 50 liters via ramp sales. In addition, the brewery operates the Heimgarten inn with a beer garden and offers brewery tours for groups.
