Brauerei Sauer GmbH is a traditional family brewery in Roßdorf am Forst, around eight kilometres south of Bamberg. The company operates a brewery inn with a cosy taproom, a beer garden and a rock cellar as its own beer outlet. Beer specialities produced in-house are brewed and served in the inn. The restaurant offers Franconian cuisine with seasonal dishes, from cold platters to hearty delicacies.
