About Brauerei SCHLUCK SPECHT

Brauerei SCHLUCK SPECHT is a microbrewery in Lucerne. Johannes Lang has been brewing handmade beers there in small batches since 2014, predominantly according to German beer styles such as Kölsch, Altbier, Pale Ale and Helles. In 2021, Brauerei SCHLUCK SPECHT GmbH was founded, laying the groundwork for a new, larger brewing facility. The beers are brewed with high-quality raw materials in organic quality from Switzerland and Germany; every beer matures in peace and quiet, following the motto of "Slow-Brewing". All beers are bottled and labelled at the brewing facility. They are sold directly from the brewery shop at Pilatusstrasse 48A as well as via the online shop; in addition, the brewery offers guided tours with beer tasting. With less common beer styles and seasonally brewed specialties in limited editions, the brewery fills a connoisseurship gap in the Swiss beer market.
