About Brauerei Schuum
Brauerei Schuum is a Bernese craft beer brewery based in the Stöckacker quarter of Bern. Since 2015, after many years of cellar and home-kitchen brewing, the company has been brewing handmade, naturally cloudy and unpasteurized beer. The range includes more than a dozen beer styles, including Zwickel, Stout, Irish Pale Ale, Bock, IPA variants, Pils, Brown Ale and seasonal specialties such as a black beer brewed with freshly roasted chestnuts. Beer is filled into 0.33-L and 0.5-L swing-top bottles as well as kegs. Sales are through selected shops and restaurants as well as directly at the brewery's own taproom and on-site sales outlet. The brewery targets craft beer lovers, the hospitality industry and retail.
