About the Brewery

Brauerei Zoller-Hof is a mid-sized private brewery in Sigmaringen in the Danube valley, founded in 1845 by Carl Fidelis Graf outside the city walls of Sigmaringen. The company produces beers and non-alcoholic beverages according to the German Beer Purity Law with 45 employees. The water comes from the company's own well; brewing barley and brewing wheat are sourced through the brewery's own producer association with local farmers, complemented by Tettnang hops from the region. Production comprises the brewhouse, fermentation and six weeks of storage and maturation in ice-cold tanks, as well as the company's own bottle filling operation. An in-house laboratory with analytical and sensory tests accompanies the processes. The brewery offers guided tours and operates a Zündapp museum at the BRAUWERK Zoller-Hof.

Quality

An in-house laboratory covers a large share of the process analyses; continuous analytical and sensory testing as well as regular tastings by the master brewers safeguard quality. The brewery has been participating in the DLG quality competition for more than 20 years and has been awarded the "Preis der Besten in Gold" (Award of the Best in Gold) multiple times as well as iTQi stars.
