Braun & Erdel Metallverarbeitung GmbH was founded in 1984 and is a certified contract manufacturing company based in Hockenheim in the Rhein-Neckar district in Baden-Württemberg. The company operates as a supplier of machined parts as well as smaller and medium-sized welding work and manufactures exactly according to customer drawings at fixed prices. Center turning
Center turning of long components up to 400 mm Ø and 4,000 mm length.
Boring mill
Boring mill machining in a working area of 1,200 x 1,800 mm length.
CNC machining center / milling
CNC milling in working area 500 x 1,500 mm (machining center) or 500 x 1,600 mm (milling machine).
Groove machine
Groove machining up to 4 mm width, 700 mm length at 500 mm stroke.
Sawing
Saw cutting of round material up to 380 mm diameter.
Welding
Smaller and medium-sized welding work with welder qualification certificates (TÜV Mannheim) and a welding specialist.
