About BRAUN Photo Technik
BRAUN Photo Technik GmbH, based in Eutingen im Gäu, was founded in 1915 as Karl Braun KG, a factory for optical devices and metal goods. It initially manufactured binoculars, Paxette branded cameras, and Paximat and Novamat series slide projectors, of which over four million units were sold in 120 countries. Today, the company operates as an importer and distributor of photo and optics products; the program includes digital picture frames (DigiFrames), trail cameras, action cameras, binoculars, scopes, night vision devices, tripods, photo accessories, as well as slide and projection technology. Prior to data collection, no information was available regarding current manufacturing processes, machines, or materials; therefore, the company does not appear as a subcontractor for contract manufacturing. Product management, technical support, customer service, and international shipping in German and English are offered.
