Mechanically actuating systems with repeatability 2σ ≤ 1 µm for measuring cycles such as length, radius, tool breakage and single cutting edges.
Laser systems for tool measurement (TL Nano, TL Micro 150/200/300)
Non-contact measurement with repeatability up to 2σ ≤ 0.2 µm and minimum tool diameters from 0.03 mm.
Enclosed length gauges (LC, LF, LS series)
Accuracy classes up to ±2 µm, measuring steps down to 0.001 µm and measuring lengths up to 30 m or 72 m on request.
