About BSE Optical Bonding

Braunschweiger system elektronik GmbH (BSE Optical Bonding) develops and manufactures customized HMI assemblies for industrial applications. The service portfolio covers the complete backend manufacturing of display modules: cover glasses with finishes (AR/AG/AF, black panel, screen printing), PCAP touch systems including sensor design, controller and firmware, touch lamination, optical bonding (OCR and OCA), as well as mechanics, mainboards and electronics integration through to the ready-to-install unit. All critical process steps are performed reproducibly and documented in a 250 m² cleanroom certified to ISO 14644-1 Class 7 at the Braunschweig site. OCR bonding is possible in sizes from 5″ to 86″, OCA from 5″ to 31.5″; curved displays as well as round and free-form shapes are also realized. As a full-service partner, the company manages the entire process from sourcing and incoming goods inspection through cleanroom assembly and kitting to final inspection, packaging and shipping. Customers come from industry, medical technology, defence/marine, automotive as well as e-charging and e-mobility.
