About us
BRB Dreherei und Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1989 in Emsdetten and has been managed by Lars and Tobias Brüggemann since 2018. The company combines three core competencies: CNC machining in turning and milling, special-purpose machinery construction with in-house design engineering, and contract machinery manufacturing with a focus on transport technology. On a production area of around 2500 m², 30 employees manufacture complex components on CNC machine tools with up to five axes; in milling, machining lengths up to 3500 mm are possible, and in turning, parts up to 3000 mm in length. A specialization is the roll manufacturing of dosing, chrome, rubber and cooling rolls. In special-purpose machinery construction, production machines and production lines are built, including palletizing machines and cutting systems for EPS/XPS foam; all process steps such as cutting, welding, machining, assembly including control technology and commissioning are carried out in-house. Customers come primarily from the wood, plastics and automotive industries.
