About Brebeck Composite
Brebeck Composite was founded in 2011 and manufactures products made of carbon, glass and aramid fibres for the automotive industry, aerospace and motorsport. The service portfolio includes models made of aluminium, ureol and epoxy, moulds made of aluminium, CFRP, GRP, ureol and epoxy as well as parts made of CFRP, GRP, natural fibre composites (NFC) and sandwich composites. All design is created in CATIA V5 R24; manufacturing is carried out by infusion and wet lamination with epoxy and polyester resins as well as in the autoclave process. The equipment includes seven autoclaves, three 5-axis CNC machining centres, cutting systems from Gerber and ZÜND, and 3D scanners from Zeiss and Steinbichler. The headquarters with production is located in Šenov u Ostravy (Czech Republic); in Deggendorf (Bavaria) Brebeck Composite.de GmbH is based, which operates its own mould production centre. Reference customers include Porsche, Audi Sport, BMW M GmbH, KTM, FACC and Lilium.
